If the item is in stock, your order will always be shipped within 3 working days. We can't guarantee you a 'next day delivery', but we can guarantee that we will deliver as soon as possible.

If you order larger furnishing (for example: a sofa), we will contact you via e-mail or phone to arrange the delivery and delivery costs.

The regular delivery costs for Belgium and The Netherlands are €5,95.
For orders above €150,00, the delivery is free.

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You have the option to return your online order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The customer is responsible for covering the return costs, including any potential customs fees. Purchase a shipping label with a track & trace code from a courier service of your choice, as we do not provide a return label. Please ensure you have proof of shipment with a track & trace code, as lost returns without this evidence will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I return an item?

Not completely satisfied with your order? Or maybe purchased the wrong size? You can return your order within 14 calender days.

1. Information
Contact us via e-mail to inform us about the order. Make sure you include the order number and which product you will be returning.

2. Packaging
Package the product securely to prevent any damage.


3. Shipping
Ship it at your nearest post office with a track & trace code to the following address.
Aldestraat 59, 3500 Hasselt.

WARNING: the shipping costs are on your account.

4. Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your package, we will start the refund. We will inform you about this process via e-mail.



How much does it cost to return an item?

The return costs, including any potential customs fees, are to be covered by the customer. Purchase a shipping label with a track & trace code from a courier service of your choice. The costs depend on the shipping method and company you choose. We do not provide a return label. Lost returns without proof of shipment with a track & trace code will not be refunded.

Can i exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not facilitate online exchanges. If you wish to change the size or color of an item, kindly return the product and proceed to place a new order. Please note that a new payment will be required for the replacement item. The refund for the returned item will be processed upon satisfactory completion of the return, meeting all specified return conditions.

Can I exchange an item purchased online in the store, and vice versa?

The exchange of an item purchased online is possible in our physical stores. You still will have to inform us about the return via e-mail so that we can inform our employees about the return.
Be sure to bring the order number to the store.

Items purchased in-store can not be returned via the online procedure. You will have to go to the store where the item was purchased.

Was my return package received successfully?

You will receive an email notification once we have completed the processing of your return at our distribution center. Subsequently, we will initiate the refund within 14 calendar days. Please ensure you keep the track & trace code for your package readily available, serving as proof of shipment. This measure provides insurance coverage in case of any potential loss of the package.
